Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb’s Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) Internship is a 10-week paid experience that gives current college students hands‑on exposure to corporate accounting and finance.

Interns are placed within Bristol Myers Squibb’s Global Finance community across a broad range of areas, including controllership, technical accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, global internal audit, and commercial finance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student, on track to graduate by Spring 2028, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to Bristol Myers Squibb’s Global Finance community across controllership, technical accounting, treasury, FP&A, internal audit and commercial finance.
• Work on real-world assignments and deliver a capstone presentation to finance leadership at the end of the summer.
• Receive mentorship from finance leaders and participate in professional development workshops.
• Build a strong network across the organization with potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance

GPA 3.3 or higher
