Job summary

Target stores are offering a Stores Executive Intern role designed to provide hands-on leadership exposure in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with managers to lead daily priorities, guest experience, and store operations while developing leadership skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

The paid internship spans 40 hours per week, with mentorship, development conversations, and opportunities to advance into ETL-style responsibilities as you grow.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in developing leadership and management skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible, fast-paced retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities on the sales floor and in backroom.
• Partner with a mentor to learn department leadership.
• Support guest service and store operations to hit goals.
• Participate in internship training activities and events.
