Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the operation of a single Panda store and to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. A multi-week Store Leadership Training program will prepare you for success.

You will be responsible for hiring, supervising and directing associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a flexible schedule and the ability to relocate within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and help achieve financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, supervising and directing of store associates; participate in the 3+ week leadership training program.
