The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience, strong attention to detail, and a drive to deepen expertise in platform KPIs.

Job Summary

The Paid Social Trafficking Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across major social advertising platforms. This role focuses on campaign trafficking, quality assurance, audience targeting, delivery monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and billing support. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on paid social advertising experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in developing deeper expertise in platform-specific performance metrics and KPIs. This position works closely with media buying, business intelligence, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are accurately launched, monitored, and reported.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and traffic paid social campaigns, ad sets or groups, and creative assets across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Execute campaign setups through platform-direct ad managers and social management platforms such as Sprinklr or Smartly.
• Support ad server activities through platforms such as CM360.
• Follow established naming conventions and third-party tagging requirements.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of campaign builds to verify setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• Assist with audience targeting strategies using platform-specific social insights.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery against approved flight dates and budget targets.
• Identify under-delivery, discrepancies, and other campaign issues and proactively recommend adjustments, including makegoods, in coordination with the media buying team.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation activities.
• Partner with internal business intelligence teams to resolve data and naming issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, invoice tracking, and invoice submission.
• Communicate campaign progress, performance learnings, delivery updates, and platform developments to the broader marketing team.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support day-to-day operational needs of the paid social team.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising.
• Experience working with major paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, or Reddit.
• Experience with social campaign trafficking, campaign QA, and delivery monitoring.
• Familiarity with social management platforms such as Sprinklr or Smartly preferred.
• Experience with CM360 or similar ad-serving platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy.
• Understanding of paid social campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot campaign, data, or naming issues.
• Ability to communicate campaign status, issues, and insights effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of direct experience supporting paid social advertising campaigns, preferably including trafficking, QA, audience targeting, delivery monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Experience working within a media buying, digital advertising, or marketing team preferred.
