Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior paid social professional in Illinois to lead onboarding for new social media clients, educate them on processes and strategies, and develop tailored campaigns. You will collaborate with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platform reps to launch and optimize campaigns against client KPIs.

You’ll monitor performance, prepare reports, and drive retention and upsell opportunities. The role requires 8+ years in paid social media, advanced platform knowledge, data analysis

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid social media management.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused solutioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to clients; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new social media clients and educate them on processes and strategies
• Develop tailored campaigns and hand off stabilized campaigns to the Client Solutions Manager
• Collaborate with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platform representatives
• Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns against client goals and KPIs
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics and address issues proactively
• Prepare and deliver campaign reports with insights, wins, and improvement areas
• Manage a client portfolio with focus on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
• Build client relationships and address evolving needs
• Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team on alignment and growth
• Support Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks and initiatives
• Lead internal training on social media platforms, workflows, and best practices
• Improve social media workflows to drive efficiency
• Track social media trends, ad formats, and platform advancements
• Share updates and best practices with internal teams
• Maintain understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned
