Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Social Marketing specialist to lead Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram from planning through optimization. You will coordinate with compliance, analytics, and brand teams to execute end-to-end strategies and maintain campaign documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience trafficking Meta campaigns, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to create compelling presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 2 years of paid social marketing experience with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Minimum 1 year of trafficking Meta campaigns.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• No new employment sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with channel team to plan and implement Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scope future tests with Meta and channel teams, including creative testing and audience testing.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, and Technology teams for end-to-end execution.
• Partner with QA associate to maintain platform documentation and plan launch timings.
• Create creative briefs and maintain the channel creative library.
