Job summary

PMG is seeking a Paid Social Principal in Dallas to act as the technical and strategic authority on paid social across enterprise client portfolios. You will build full-funnel strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap and Reddit, and design testing roadmaps including incrementality and attribution work.

You will shape PMG's best-practice frameworks and mentor senior practitioners, driving excellence across teams without direct people management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social or digital media experience.
• Expert knowledge across major paid social platforms.
• Deep understanding of measurement, incrementality and attribution.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across multiple platforms.
• Design testing roadmaps including incrementality and attribution work.
• Develop and refine PMG's paid social best-practice frameworks.
• Mentor senior practitioners and share expertise without direct people management.
