The role emphasizes strategic thinking, partner management, and hands-on execution, with opportunities to influence 360-degree campaigns and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paid social media experience.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance media.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and analytics concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram is crucial; other platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP creation and review of social partners, negotiations, and proposal analysis.
• Manage ad buys from setup to keyword selection, targeting, optimization, and pacing/reporting.
• Define testing methodologies, reporting, and optimization to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate issues to team and client as needed.
• Oversee trafficking, site tagging, QA pixels, and asset delivery from creative agency.
• Collaborate with Digital team on post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
