Horizon Next is a data-driven marketing organization at the intersection of people, data, and media. We seek a strategic, data-powered professional to lead paid social campaigns, synthesize insights, and drive cross-team collaboration to optimize performance across client plans.

You will supervise campaign management, lead social strategy development, and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a passion for data-driven decision making in a fast-paced

Formación

• 3+ years of paid social media experience.
• Thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Understanding of marketing principles, analytics and concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; additional platforms preferred.
• Exposure to advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social.
• Comfort owning and managing budget/investment levels in social.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Campaign Management & Execution from setup to targeting and pacing; QA processes.
• Lead Social Media Strategy in tandem with cross-functional teams; integrate data-driven insights.
• Maintain data analysis and provide client-facing optimization recommendations.
• Manage relationships with partners and internal teams; foster cross-team collaboration.
• Guide and develop junior team members; support training and career growth.
