About The Role

ZGM is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our Media team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in managing full-funnel campaigns, working with clients to achieve acquisition and retention goals, and developing strategic recommendations to optimize performance. You will be expected to handle day-to-day tasks, reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-funnel paid social campaigns, focusing on strategy, testing, and optimization to achieve growth in both e-Commerce and Lead Generation.
  • Collaborate with account management teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and efficiency targets.
  • Oversee and report on campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Work with creative teams to implement best practices across paid social channels.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and testing new social media channels to diversify campaign strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights to campaigns.
  • Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns including strategy, audience targeting, ad setup, and content calendar management.
  • Identify audience targets and set objectives for campaigns to meet clients' goals within budgets.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on various paid social platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities in paid social marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media and Strategy teams to develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Manage tracking and attribution via tools like Google Datastudio, Google Analytics, Facebook Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of advertising experience across major social platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, with e-Commerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and with clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a lean team.
  • Passion for e-Commerce, with a bonus for copywriting experience (not mandatory).
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
