Job summary

Horizon Next in New York is seeking a data-driven Campaign Manager to lead paid social programs, partner negotiations, and cross-channel optimization. You will craft insights from analytics to guide strategy, and present clear recommendations to clients and teams.

You will collaborate with the Digital and Analytics groups to drive performance, deliverables, and ongoing improvements while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paid social media experience.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance media.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP creation and review of social partners, compile proposal analysis, and drive partner negotiations.
• Manage buys from setup to keyword selection, targeting, optimization, and pacing/reporting.
• Determine setup, testing methodologies, and reporting requirements for campaign efficiency.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, communicating issues to internal teams and clients.
• Oversee trafficking, site tagging, QA of pixels, and material receipt from creatives.
• Collaborate with Digital team on post-campaign reconciliation and billing.
• Develop strategic social plans and integrate insights into planning processes.
• Create media plans and strategy decks for campaigns.
