Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• 3+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts.
• Proactive self-starter with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall digital strategy and related tactics to meet client goals with account leads.
• Lead with the client and across all departmental teams, prioritizing needs between parties.
• Develop and mentor junior team members through training and guidance.
• Prioritize quarterly priorities and ad-hoc requests to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Problem-solve and propose new solutions to issues not yet addressed.
• Share learnings and best practices across the organization.
• Establish oneself as an expert within the department and client team.
• Identify ways to improve team efficiency and processes.
• Bring proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow the business.
• Communicate paid media insights, trends, and initiatives to clients and partners.
