Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in paid social strategy or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with proactive insights and testing.
• Excellent collaboration and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategies with budget planning, forecasting, testing frameworks, and learning roadmaps.
• Conduct platform audits and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to align with client objectives.
• Build and nurture client relationships as trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Mentor junior teammates and drive on-time project delivery.
