Job summary

Rise and Shine and Partners is seeking a Paid Social Supervisor to lead and mentor the social team, translating strategy into executable campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

You will partner with the Senior Manager of Social and Associate Media Director to deliver data-driven insights, optimize campaigns, and drive client success through proactive testing and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of digital media experience with paid social in an agency.
• Experience mentoring or leading direct reports.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and foster the growth of the Senior Manager of Social.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting dashboards.
• Support AMD in developing overarching paid social strategies and channel frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; review dashboards and reports.
