Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to build and scale paid acquisition for our Subscriptions and Consumables. This hands-on role spans Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing.

You will own channel strategy, testing roadmaps, and measurement approaches, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to drive revenue and ROAS. Remote-first with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in DTC digital marketing.
• 4+ years hands-on paid social and paid search.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, YouTube ads.
• Experience managing media budgets with structured testing.
• Strong attribution and revenue reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable briefs.
• Analytical with GA and Excel or Sheets.
• AI-forward approach to marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and scale paid acquisition for Subscriptions and Consumables across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Own channel strategy, campaign setup, budget pacing, and day‑to‑day optimization against ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversions.
• Develop a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding, structure, creative, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Senior Creative Manager, internal teams, and agencies to translate insights into concepts.
• Identify opportunities across the post‑click journey with landing page and conversion testing.
• Build weekly and monthly forecasts and recommend budget or strategy shifts.
• Establish reporting and automation to improve visibility and decision speed.
• Share learnings across Growth and stay current on platform changes and AI-enabled strategies.
