Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Paid Social in the United States to lead high-impact paid media campaigns and drive client growth. You will shape strategies, optimize campaigns across Meta platforms, and mentor junior team members.

Expect cross-functional collaboration, QA rigor, and clear, strategic client communications. You will report to Senior Manager, Paid Social and contribute to thought leadership while delivering on budget, audience growth, and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on paid social experience with Meta Ads.
• Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the mid and upper funnels.
• Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
• Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives and audiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or dashboarding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies for Meta.
• Quantify and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Deliver clear, strategic paid social recommendations for clients.
• Contribute insights to client deliverables and business reviews.
• Ensure QA and adherence to budgets and brand standards.
• Speak on client calls and be client-facing in reporting calls.
• Support Senior Manager in mentoring junior team members.
