Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and beyond. You’ll sit within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and product to build a fast-moving performance engine.

The role requires hands-on management of large budgets, data-driven decision making, and a systematic approach to testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition with hands-on campaign management.
• Experience managing large annual paid media spend with accountability for efficiency.
• Deep hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize live campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snapchat and emerging channels.
• Review weekly creative performance and brief concepts based on data signals.
• Run incrementality & measurement tests to optimize spend.
• Monitor conversion funnels and fix drop-offs impacting efficiency.
• Build performance dashboards for leadership showing channel mix and spend.
• Identify and launch new paid channels and document learnings for the team.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics to align ad data with messaging and landing pages.
