Job summary

YPM is a dynamic agency seeking a Paid Social Manager to craft and execute social campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, and drive client outcomes with hands-on execution and strategic thinking.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and stay ahead of trends. You will design creatives with Canva, monitor results, and report insights to help grow our agency and client brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on social media management and influencer campaigns experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-focused media agency.
• Strong understanding of current social platforms and trends.
• Ability to learn new influencer content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term social media strategies to grow presence and engagement.
• Manage paid and organic social campaigns with budgeting, testing, and reporting.
• Coordinate influencers, negotiate rates, and secure agreements.
• Collaborate with designers to create action-driving ads and video content.
• Report KPIs and insights to clients and internal teams.
