You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies and influencer campaigns, driving engagement, and contributing to the overall digital marketing success of our valued clients.

Your role will involve close collaboration and proactive communication with clients, platform representatives and our internal team, jointly identifying new social opportunities, testing, measuring, and expanding our client offerings.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and implement long-term social media strategies to increase presence, engagement, and organic follower growth, aligning with client needs and goals, as well as agency growth objectives.
  • Leverage market data to develop themes and topics, optimizing for campaign goals, and ensuring brand consistency in style, quality and tone.
  • Efficiently manage all paid and organic social media campaigns, employing best practices, meeting deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Execute end-to-end paid social media campaigns in a timely and accurate manner, inclusive of campaign planning and setup, ad creation, quality control, budget pacing, testing, measurement/reporting, Pixel installation and optimization across multiple social platforms and varied client verticals.
  • Set clear channel and campaign goals and KPIs, and consistently track and report against them, using historical benchmarks to measure success, gain insights, and develop future action plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, over the phone, video, and in-person, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify the best approach for influencers, negotiating fair rates for content and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.
  • Work closely with digital designers on social ad creatives; when necessary, use Canva to design or edit ads that drive action, and create social videos and reels.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative/design, content, SEO, and PPC) to integrate marketing efforts, analyze campaigns’ results, and share insights across channels and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and cutting-edge tactics, and apply learnings to campaigns.
  • Be proactive in suggesting new technologies, tools, and methodologies to keep clients at the forefront of new trends, and help drive mutual client/agency growth.
Experience and skills required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and influencer campaigns, including strategic planning and execution, preferably in a digital media agency setting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, performance-focused media agency.
  • Solid grasp of current social media landscape; passionate about emerging social media platforms, trends and technology.
  • Working knowledge with a range of Influencer Content Management Systems, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Client relations experience: ability to understand and assess clients’ business and communication needs, and meet those needs through successful digital and social programs.
  • Flexible, agile, adaptable to rapidly changing conditions, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to handle concurrent projects with ease and attention to detail, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills for compelling, creative social content.
  • Exceptional and engaging written, verbal communication, and visual presentation skills
  • Skilled at interpreting data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights both internally to management and team members, and externally with clients.
Software experience:
  • Proficiency across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, Bluesky, Pinterest, Nextdoor etc.) and marketing applications (HootSuite, Sprout Social, Tweetdeck, Airtable, etc.).
  • Knowledge of leading social media monitoring platforms (Meltwater, Radian6, SOCi, etc.) is a plus.
