YPM is seeking a talented Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic team. You will develop and implement social media strategies, manage paid and organic campaigns, and collaborate with clients on influencer opportunities.

You will work closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns, test new approaches, and measure performance across platforms. Strong writing, data interpretation, and project management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• “5+ years hands-on experience in social media management and influencer campaigns.”
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-focused media agency setting.
• Strong writing and editing skills for compelling social content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term social media strategies to increase presence and engagement.
• Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, including budgeting and optimization.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms and client verticals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify influencer opportunities and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate with design teams to create ads and social video content.
• Analyze results and share insights to inform future actions.
