Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social experience, including significant agency experience leading strategy and performance for eCommerce brands.
• Deep eCommerce expertise with proven DTC/retail growth experience and strong CAC/LTV understanding.
• Advanced hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and knowledge of Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams with accountability and high performance.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, performance, and client health across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, overseeing full funnel media planning, creative strategy, testing, measurement, and long-term growth.
• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading executive-level conversations with data-backed recommendations.
• Diagnose performance challenges, test optimization opportunities, and guide teams toward stronger results across platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers, establishing clear expectations and a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
• Establish and scale best practices across campaign execution, budgeting, reporting, and client communication.
• Translate emerging platform capabilities and consumer trends into actionable opportunities for clients and the agency.
