Job summary

Spark Foundry in Chicago, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead campaign development and activation for assigned brands. You will guide strategy with the Associate Director and manage the Social Analyst team daily.

The role requires 3+ years paid social, mastery of platforms, Excel skills, and strong communication. You will collaborate across teams, optimize campaigns, and contribute to client POVs and new business pitches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid social media experience in an agency setting.
• Mastery of social platforms and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Certifications in social platforms (Twitter Flight School, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to account strategy including budget, KPIs, partners, and new tactics.
• Gather data to inform tactical plans for client delivery.
• Lead client relationships with day-to-day contact and partner agencies.
• Direct Analysts to conduct research for new campaigns.
• QA and oversee trafficking of approved plans into social platforms.
• Oversee budget and billing activity (pacing, Prisma, budgets vs flowcharts).
• Oversee Analysts' management of budgets, pacing, bid adjustments.
• Develop and recommend optimizations and testing plans.
• Pull data and research for new business pitches.
• Contribute to agency POVs on industry happenings.
• Customize agency POVs for individual clients.
