Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social for US remote roles, overseeing complex, multichannel paid social programs. You will lead high-performing teams, translate insights into client-ready roadmaps, and drive performance excellence across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more.

You will mentor teams, onboard new members, and shape testing frameworks while delivering profitable growth for enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social advertising.
• Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid social programs for enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead channel-specific paid social strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest).
• Own the paid social component of client roadmaps and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage budgets, deliver results, forecast, and drive profitability.
