Responsabilidades

• Create paid media content briefs and guide weekly discussions with creative partners. Provide asset feedback, ensuring alignment across media touchpoints
• Manage PINK campaign assets and refreshes
• Think from the target audience perspective for paid social
• Collaborate with the Paid Social channel execution team for campaign planning and execution
• Understand triggers that drive customer engagement on social media
• Qualitatively and quantitatively analyze ad content and reporting to inform strategy and best practices
• Plan, activate and optimize PINK lower funnel campaigns
• Coordinate workstreams with cross-functional partners, in-house teams, agencies and vendors
• Stay current on marketing and media trends and platform best practices
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across the organization
• Proactively manage issues with partners and escalate when needed
• Show a can-do mindset, curiosity, and collaborative spirit
