Job summary

CAMP Digital in Edina, MN, is seeking a Generative Search Executive to drive paid search performance for clients across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LSAs. The role is ideal for those with 1–3 years of hands-on PPC or related digital marketing agency experience, ready to own campaigns and grow expertise in paid search strategy.

You will collaborate with senior team members, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities while building deeper expertise in paid media.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on PPC experience or relevant digital marketing/agency experience.
• Familiarity with Google Ads; certification is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of campaign structures (search, display, Performance Max) and bidding strategies.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights; eagerness to learn and grow in paid media.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute and improve campaigns.
• Lead search strategy on client calls and lead client reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights for client meetings.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for meetings.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LSAs and optimize bids, budgets, and structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead volume, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Launch and test new campaigns and targeting strategies.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements; build reports showing business impact.
• Assist with conversion tracking and offline conversion setups.
