Go Fish Digital, a performance marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Search Senior Manager to lead strategy, execution, and client-facing growth across a portfolio of accounts. This role blends hands-on optimization with strategic leadership and requires strong analytics and communication skills. Hybrid work in the United States is offered.

The position demands 5+ years in paid search, budget management, and the ability to align tactics with business goals while collaborating across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience.
• Experience managing budgets, pacing, and multi-account performance.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and communicate performance.
• Deep understanding of search tactics including keyword strategy, bidding, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with data-to-insights capability.
• Experience with GA4 and/or CRM integrations is a plus.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-funnel search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and emerging display platforms.
• Own client relationships and communicate performance effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across multiple tactics.
• Forecast performance and budgeting based on historical data and trends.
• Develop narratives tying campaign data to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with paid social, SEO, and programmatic teams for cohesive strategy.
• Identify opportunities where search supports other channels.
