Scale Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Manager to plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, from forecasting to daily optimization, delivering ROI and ROAS in a client-facing role.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad operations, tagging, reporting, and insights, while shaping strategy and driving client growth. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays in Chicago.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of paid search experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with tags, pixels and Google Tag Manager.

• Plan and forecast paid search campaigns for client portfolios.
• Build, launch and optimize campaigns across search engines.
• Deliver internal and client reporting with post-campaign insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad operations and pixels.
