Qualifications

• 3 years of paid search experience (agency side required).
• Expertise in SEM and PPC.
• Expertise in Google & Bing advertising; Shopping required; Amazon a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience with tags, pixels, and measurement tools.
• Polished, client-facing communication skills.
• Startup mindset and ability to grow with a scaling company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Act as a paid search thought leader for top-tier clients.
• Drive client growth by exceeding ROI/ROAS and KPI targets.
• Lead daily performance analysis, buying, bidding, and reporting.
• Build strong client relationships through insights and results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and help support a fast-growing team.
