Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set strategy, allocate budgets, and narrate the numbers during client calls.

You will act as the strategic voice at the table, driving ROAS improvements and account growth while maintaining a strong relationship with the client. This is a remote role within the US/Canada/SA ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience at an agency handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
