Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Manager, Paid Search to lead and scale an in-house paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving profitable new-patient acquisition for its general and specialty practices.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on PPC experience, deep GA4/conversion measurement expertise, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, analytics, and field teams to translate local market needs into effective search investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant combination considered.
• 6+ years of hands-on paid search/PPC experience with large budgets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with GA4 and conversion measurement tools.
• Healthcare/dental multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and optimize paid search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including hands-on planning, setup, daily optimization, testing, and performance analysis.
• Audit and improve campaign and account structures for locally branded practices, including location and service-line segmentation, geo-targeting, conversion definitions, audience signals, and account scalability.
• Apply advanced keyword and query analysis, negative keyword strategy, bidding and budget controls, ad assets, scheduling, and landing-page alignment to maximize qualified demand and downstream patient acquisition outcomes.
• Evaluate and deploy automated bidding, Performance Max, search-platform AI features, audience signals, and other emerging capabilities; apply controls and validate impact.
• Partner with Sr. Manager, Paid Search and VP, Patient Acquisition to identify high-value improvement opportunities and implement priorities without disrupting performance.
• Bring new methods and best practices to the team; share learnings and influence peers to raise capability across the paid search function.
• Improve operating standards for audits, naming conventions, launches, optimization, budgets, experimentation, QA, documentation, and issue escalation.
