Click Here Digital is seeking a Paid Search Director in Baton Rouge to lead a team of paid search analysts and drive engagement. You will collaborate with the Sr. Paid Search Director to set strategy and ensure successful client campaigns.

The role requires agency experience, strong technical SEM knowledge, and expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. You will analyse data, report on performance, and coordinate with partners on campaigns and migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency environment.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Deep technical knowledge of Paid Search/SEM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of paid search analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of paid search campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Paid Search Director to ensure team priorities are aligned with company and client goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid search campaigns.
• Manage key accounts individually.
• Provide additional support on onboarding accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Plan team account allocations and transitions.
• Oversee training progression of new hires and conduct inspection of training documentation.
• Assist with mid-month and end-of-month analyst note QA.
• Provide regular progress of team performance.
• Participate in routine external partner calls (Google, Incubeta, CallRail, etc.).
• Take ownership of tasks required for completion of website migrations.
• Stay up to date with changes in search engine algorithms and ad platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
