The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital marketing with analytics focus, strong Google Ads/GA4 skills, and experience with BI dashboards. This is an in-office role supporting a high-growth homebuilder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing with analytics, reporting, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads reporting, GA4, and at least one BI tool.
• Expertise in paid search platforms, bidding, keywords, and structure.
• Strong data analysis to optimize campaigns and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid search reporting infrastructure including dashboards and reporting.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with spend, leads, CPL, and conversions.
• Build budget pacing models tracking spend by market and campaign type.
• Develop QA checklists with agency to ensure launches meet standards.
• Monitor tag/tracking health and coordinate issue resolution with teams.
• Maintain documentation on naming conventions, tagging, and SOPs.
• Manage testing roadmap and assess impact against business goals.
• Support leadership with materials for monthly/quarterly business reviews.
