Job summary

Del Sol Medical Center offers a year‑long RN Residency Program designed to bridge student nursing to registered practice with hands‑on experience and dedicated nurse educators. The program includes advanced clinical training, monthly education sessions, and mentorship to support your transition.

Starting Sept/Oct/Nov 2026, the residency focuses on Critical Care with hands‑on simulations and guidance from experienced leaders as you build confidence and competence in patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timelines.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program and RN licensure.
• No prior professional experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care across the RN residency.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and follow-up.
