CVS Pharmacy is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for students to gain real-world experience in a Fortune 6 company focused on transforming health care. You will work closely with Store Managers and District Leaders, leading parts of daily operations and projects that impact customer experience.

You should be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s program with graduation between May 2027 and May 2028, and be available 35 hours per week on a flexible schedule including evenings

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Must be available to work 35 hours/week for 10 weeks on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desired.
• Interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory management and stocking.
• Support store operations and meet customer needs during busy periods.
• Lead a retail team alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Engage directly with customers and learn day-to-day operations.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
