Job summary
The Jennifer Hickman Agency is launching a 9-Month Protégé Program in San Antonio to develop driven people into Farmers Agents. It is a paid, structured apprenticeship with in-depth coaching, scripts, and live calls.
You will earn while you learn during the boot camp and the transitions through three production tiers. Participants must obtain Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within the first two weeks, then progress to independent production, eventually earning a Farmers
Qualifications
- Applicant must be driven and coachable.
- Willing to learn and develop insurance licensing.
- Strong communication and leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Attend 30-day licensing boot camp (paid).
- Complete Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health exams.
- Participate in three-tier program and outbound calling.
