The Jennifer Hickman Agency, the top Farmers district in San Antonio, is launching a paid, structured 9-month Protégé Program to develop driven people into Farmers Agents. You’ll earn while you learn, with a clear path from boot camp to owning a book of business.

Days 1–30 include full-time, paid licensing boot camp in San Antonio, kickstarting Texas P&C and Life & Health exams. The program progresses through three tiers at the agency with daily coaching and defined production minimums.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to earn Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in first two weeks.
• Willing to work full-time during boot camp.
• Able to meet production minimums and commit to the 9-month clock.

Responsabilités

• Complete 30-day licensing boot camp in San Antonio (paid).
• Finish licensing exams: P&C in week 1, Life & Health in week 2.
• Participate in three-tier program at the agency and build a Farmers book of business.
