Job summary

Ring & DuChateau offers a paid summer internship for mechanical engineering students or graduates. The 12-week program in summer 2027 includes hands-on experience with mentors in a collaborative, people-first culture.

You will collaborate with the plumbing team, conduct site visits to collect data, review project documents, and use Revit or AutoCAD to complete tasks in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Architectural Engineering (Mechanical focus) or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the plumbing team to design plumbing designs that balance aesthetics and functional performance.
• Participate in site visits to gather field data and verify existing plumbing distribution conditions.
• Review reports, drawings, and test results to support project planning and design.
• Use engineering and design software to complete project assignments.
