Job summary

Ring & DuChateau is offering a paid summer internship for a college or graduate student pursuing mechanical engineering. The internship will run for approximately 12 weeks in summer 2027, with flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule.

As an intern, you will collaborate with the HVAC team to design mechanical solutions, participate in site visits, review reports, and use engineering software to complete assignments.

Qualifications

• Candidate pursuing Architectural Engineering (Mechanical) or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HVAC team to design mechanical designs.
• Participate in site visits to gather field data and verify HVAC distribution conditions.
• Review reports, drawings, and test results to support project planning and design.
• Use engineering and design software to complete project assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architectural Engineering (Mechanical focus) or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
