Job summary

Studs seeks Apprentices to join a 6-week paid piercing training program launching in October at our Tampa studio. Graduated apprentices become eligible for Part Time or Full Time Associate Piercer roles at our Boca Raton location.

During training, apprentices earn $19/hour plus tips; post-training, Associate Piercers earn $24/hour plus tips. Benefits and career growth accompany full-time roles in a supportive, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred.
• Must be available to work up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) required for FT; Sat/Sun for PT.
• Must pierce a minimum 18 appointments a day.
• Must be able to visually inspect ear anatomy to execute advanced piercings.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Service oriented; embody performance culture and educate clients on Studs experience during selling cycle.
• Deliver confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout the Studs experience.
• Maintain compliance with piercing operating procedures and safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, sterilized inventory, and tools.
