As part of the Early Career Professionals Program, you will engage in industry-relevant projects, gain exposure to leadership, and build a professional network through events and presentations to senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Manufacturing.
• One year of college completed; higher preference to rising Juniors or Seniors.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with suitability for government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Support process engineering initiatives including process optimization and yield improvements.
• Participate in manufacturing trials, security feature development, statistical analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, and process capability improvements through project work.
