You'll manage catalogs in DISCO, assist with release campaigns, lyric transcription, basic design tasks in Canva, and event planning support while working in the Nashville office.

• Must be able to work in person in our Nashville office.
• Strong preference for graphic design and social media marketing experience.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
• Self-starter with innovative spirit and team-oriented mindset.
• Pursuing a college degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support admin onboarding of catalogs and metadata in DISCO.
• Assist marketing with social media posting and ideation.
• Develop marketing ideas including market research and influencer campaigns.
• Ingest music using DISCO and transcribe lyrics.
• Provide office management and administrative support.
• Assist planning and execution of music release campaigns.
• Support event planning initiatives and logistics.
• Prepare internal documents like marketing plans and calendars.
• Coordinate asset delivery (audio, artwork, lyrics).
• Graphic design support when needed.
