Reach Records is seeking a Marketing Intern to support digital strategy, social content, and release operations across our roster. The intern will work with the marketing and digital teams to support campaigns, content, and day-to-day operations that bring Reach releases to the world.

The role emphasizes being deeply online, culture-aware, and curious about modern music marketing—from DSP pitching to social calendars and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in music marketing and faith-rooted, artist-driven brands
• Familiar with major social platforms and DSP ecosystems (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube)
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced enviroment
• Interest in hip-hop, gospel, worship, or Latin music is a plus
• Must provide own computer and smartphone
• Must be located in Atlanta or able to relocate with reliable transportation
• Must be available at least 24 hours per week during business hours (9–5)

Aufgaben

• Assist with management of artist and label YouTube channels, including playlist curation and video performance optimization
• Support release operations by organizing assets, metadata and rights in CMS, and ensure timely delivery to platforms
• Manage smart links and link analytics across digital content and campaigns
• Help optimize DSP tools for artists and track streaming analytics
• Contribute to award show submissions for GRAMMY and others
• Assist with posting social content and maintain social calendars for Reach and artist channels
• Create and edit organic content for Reach and artist socials with trend awareness
• Engage with followers and surface insights from comments
• Contribute social strategy ideas for testing
• Support email marketing calendars, copy contributions and campaign analysis
• Maintain website content and assist podcast promotion
• Compile reports on social, streaming, and campaign performance
