Responsibilities

• Participates in a structured three-week paid work-based learning experience.
• Reports to the assigned Personal Development Coach (PDC) and follows schedules.
• Completes required Goodwill U training and curriculum.
• Applies training to assigned work-based learning activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to AGI policies.
