Apprentices begin January 2027 and, over about 20 weeks, receive classroom instruction, online learning, paid clinical training, and preparation to sit for the national CMA exam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in any field.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist with patient scheduling and registration.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during visits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms.
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR)
