Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data in the intake process and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Takes vitals and documents interactions according to policy.
• Assists with paperwork and scheduling related tasks.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked clinical environment.
• Answers phone calls and routes messages to appropriate staff.
• Supports patient flow and confidentiality in daily operations.
