The American Cancer Society, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Supervisor to lead day-to-day media planning and collaborate with a digital media agency within a fully remote role across the United States.
The role reports to the Growth Marketing team and Director of Paid Media Strategy. Responsibilities include managing agency relationships, guiding paid media tactics, leveraging first-party data, and coordinating with internal teams to align with revenue-driving programs.

The Paid Media Supervisor is a key member of the Growth Marketing team and works alongside the Director, Paid Media Strategy to inform and execute the paid media plan. They serve as the day-to-day and tactical player between the digital media agency and ACS, holding the agencies accountable to meet goals. In addition to agency management, they will work with internal teams to ensure paid media supports, and is complimentary to, other revenue-driving programs across the marketing organization. This is a fully remote position, and candidates can sit anywhere within the U.S
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Years of experience: 5+ years of media planning experience.
Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. While this role lends itself to strategic work, being fluent in media planning and execution is necessary. Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Ad Studio a plus. Experience building, analyzing, and deploying CRM, lookalike, and 3P audience segments. LiveRamp or similar platform experience is a plus. Capability to navigate the web privacy landscape, and familiarity with measurement & attributions solutions like Conversions API (CAPI). Personal commitment to DEI – possesses knowledge of and curiosity about own DEI journey and understanding of issues related to DEI. The salary range is $65,000 to $80,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
