Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, emphasizing SQLs and Customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, creating comprehensive digital strategies to help clients meet their SQL targets consistently.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key member of the Paid Media team. The strategist will work directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, developing custom strategies, and executing paid media deliverables. This position offers experience in creating high-performing paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts
  • Support client contacts directly
  • Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality
  • Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networks
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for campaigns across channels
  • Understand client positioning and value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • Expertise in paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strategic thinking and storytelling with data
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and competitiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client
