The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about paid search, paid social, display, and all things digital marketing. You'll help manage a diverse roster of clients, executing and optimizing paid media strategies that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in the latest and greatest techniques and ad formats but will also have the ability to think strategically to put together integrated campaigns. An openness to (and curiosity about) how AI is changing the way we work is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and conduct ad and landing page testing.
  • Manage bids and campaign budgets using AI and proprietary tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Communicate with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, and performance reporting. Ensure all parties (internal and external) clearly understand the needs, outcome, and future of campaigns.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to work more efficiently and accurately, and (most importantly) possess the judgment to recognize when the output misses the mark.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Yahoo DSP, and others is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and systems, including the AI features built into ad platforms and standalone tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc, to improve workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.Knowledge of how to create conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large paid media budgets ($1M+ annually).
  • Experience using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools to make large account-wide changes and to build a significant number of campaigns at scale.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Digital agency experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta certifications.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
