Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and beyond
• Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data, platform audiences, and third-party segments
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy, headlines, and CTAs — and use performance data to sharpen them over time
• Manage budgets with precision, optimizing spend to hit client KPIs
• Run ongoing A/B testing, bid management, and creative rotation to continuously improve results
• Monitor campaign performance daily and surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Deliver regular performance reports with analysis, recommendations, and forward-looking strategy
• Track core metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and more
• Execute paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to drive lower-funnel conversions
• Stay current on algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and new formats
• Partner with account teams on integrated media plans that connect paid tactics to bigger campaign goals
• Contribute to client presentations, strategy docs, and QBRs with data-backed insights
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to align paid and organic efforts
• Proactively bring emerging platform opportunities and beta features to the table
