Job summary

Matrix Design Group is seeking a Manufacturing Intern for a 2027 Summer Internship at our home office in Newburgh, IN. The intern will assist the manufacturing team across all facets of production and will gain valuable industry knowledge.

Reports to the Production Supervisor. This is a paid, non-remote internship designed to build hands-on skills in warehouse and office settings, with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or diploma seeking program, preferably in Engineering.
• Ability to use MS Office and similar analytical/planning tools.
• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity with evaluations and time studies.
• Study and improve plant safety.
• Process documentation.
• Taking inventory.
• Materials inspection.
• Quality control.
• Assist in warehouse when needed.
